When an application certificate with a PIN is requested, the PIN code will be received by e-mail by the service manager (holder or alternates) who must proceed with its delivery from the Subscriber's Folder. You will receive the mail at the address of this person (service manager who made the download), indicated on the last subscriber file sent to us by the AOC.
To retrieve this Pin, the service manager will need to request retrieval from the subscriber folder. It cannot be done from the scd.aoc.cat/pin address as in the case of personal certificates.
