The T-CAT service for the issuance of digital certificates to staff of the Catalan public administrations who are considered public employees or public workers, is aimed at all entities that belong to the Catalan public sector and their related bodies that wish to provide of certificates to its staff (T-CAT) or to its systems, according to the definition of the scope of its application that regulates article 2.1 of Law 29/2010 .
