The Subscriber Folder allows the Digital Certification Service Managers to deliver their organization's digital certificates. Access to the folder is done with a personal T-CAT on the card (The T-CAT of the Registry Entity operator, nor the T-CAT P is not used).
If you have several certificates in your name, when you enter the Subscriber Folder, you must ensure that you select the personal card certificate of the organization you are responsible for.
If you were able to access successfully until now:
- Check that the certificate you select is not a T-CAT operator card or idCAT. You'll know it's an operator card because when you select it, it says "CIPISR-1 - [Name Surname1 Surname2]".
- Check that you are listed as Responsible for the SCD of this body . You can see it by entering EACAT, in the section "My people responsible for the Digital Certification Service" that you will find on the right margin once identified.
- If you are not listed as responsible, check that your organization has not recently sent a new subscriber file where you have not been indicated as responsible and you have lost your role. If this is the case, you can resubmit the listing. It is important that ALL the people who must have roles in the Digital Certification Service appear on the file.
- If you are listed as a manager but recently renewed your card, the manager role may have been mistakenly not assigned. Contact us so we can fix it.
