The Subscriber Folder allows Digital Certification Service Managers to deliver their organization's digital certificates. Access to the folder is done with a personal T-CAT on a card (The T-CAT of the Registration Entity operator, nor the T-CAT P, is not used).
If you have multiple certificates in your name, when you enter the Subscriber Folder, you must make sure that you select the personal certificate on the card of the organization for which you are responsible.
If you were able to access it correctly until now:
- Check that the certificate you select is not an operator card T-CAT or idCAT. You will know it is an operator card because when you select it it says "CIPISR-1 - [Name Surname1 Surname2]".
- Check that you are listed as the SCD Manager for this organization . You can see this by entering EACAT, in the "My Digital Certification Service Managers" section that you will find on the right margin once you have identified yourself.
- If you are not listed as the responsible person, check that your organization has not recently sent a new subscriber file where you are not listed as the responsible person and you have lost the role. If this is the case, you can resend the file. It is important that ALL people who must have roles in the Digital Certification Service appear on the file.
- If you are listed as the responsible person, but have recently renewed your card, it is possible that the responsible role was not assigned by mistake. Contact us so that we can correct this.
