If you have been stolen or lost your T-CAT card, for your safety it is recommended that you revoke it as soon as possible.
As a card holder , you can revoke it directly from the Certification Portal .
Once revoked, to request a new T-CAT, contact the Digital Certification service manager of your organization to process the request.
